What is the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions?
A lash lift works exclusively with your own lashes. They get curl and colour; no artificial lashes are glued on.
What is the difference between Maximizing and Korean lash lifting?
Maximizing lash lifting is the classic lash lift for maximum, clearly visible curl.
Korean lash lifting uses differently formulated, gentler lotions. The focus is on moisture, which is kinder to your lashes.
What is brow lifting?
Brow lifting, also known as brow lamination, works much like a perm for your brows. Special lotions soften the hairs, which are then brushed into shape, usually upwards, and set in place.
How long does the result last?
A lash lift lasts 6 to 8 weeks, a brow lift 4 to 6 weeks.
Is tinting included?
Yes. Tinting is included with a lash lift; tinting and shaping are included with a brow lift.
Can I combine lash and brow lifting?
Yes, as a package: Maximizing Lash Lifting + Brow Lifting for € 150 or Korean Lash Lifting + Brow Lifting for € 175.

How do I prepare for a lash lift?
Please come without mascara or eye make-up and remove your contact lenses beforehand.
Are you pregnant, breastfeeding or do you have an eye infection? Please send a short message beforehand.
How do I prepare for a brow lift?
Please come with no make-up in the brow area.
Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Please send a short message beforehand.
What should I do after the treatment?
After every treatment you receive an aftercare product to use at home. Use it every day.

How do I book an appointment?
Online via the calendar: click “Book now” and choose your treatment and a free slot. Or send a message on Instagram to @lashroomvie.
Are there fixed opening hours?
No, appointments are by arrangement only, online or via Instagram message.
How can I pay?
Cash only.
How can I cancel an appointment?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your appointment; after that, 50 % of the price is due.
You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, on Instagram or by e-mail to office@lashroomvie.at.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available at the studio.
Where is the studio and how do I get there?
The studio is at Aspernstraße 66, 1220 Vienna.
Take the U2 to Aspernstraße; from there it’s a 5-minute walk. Bus 22A stops right outside. Public parking is available in the short-stay parking zone.
